The Southern Diversified Distributors (SDD) family of companies are values-based, strategic, and innovative industry leaders in flooring—from floor covering distribution and supplies to warehousing, logistics, and transportation. They came to Reason One to help start a new online business designed to increase opportunities for their extensive network of flooring retailers across the Southeast. From this mission, Twenty & Oak was born.
Through a strategic partnership, we helped SDD shape their business plan and digital strategy for Twenty & Oak, centered around connecting flooring consumers with retailers. More than simply referring leads, their new site is designed to engage and qualify consumers before pairing them with the right retailer, based on product need and proximity. The new Twenty & Oak user experience helps users make decisions, guides their browsing behaviors, and nurtures the sales process from start to finish.
