Reason One is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Efforts to support accessibility

As part of our commitment, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and adhere to Level AA in design, development, and content throughout our website. These guidelines are issued by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium.

We continually evaluate our website against the WCAG criteria and remediate any issues to ensure a user-friendly experience for everyone. We test the accessibility of our website using tools for checking color contrast, content readability, screen readers, and keyboard-only navigation.

In order to advance our expertise, we have a dedicated Accessibility Lead who champions accessibility at the company level by setting standards and best practices. They help teams deliver accessible solutions by consulting with colleagues on a project level.  Our Accessibility Lead advances the knowledge of the studio by sharing their learnings from ongoing research and trai

Our accessible features

The accessible features used on Reason One website include:

  • All images and other non-text elements have alternative text associated with them

  • Skip navigation link has been incorporated to facilitate keyboard navigation for bypassing the group of main navigation links and jump directly to main content

  • Structural markup to indicate landmarks, headings, and lists has been provided to aid in page comprehension

  • Pages can be viewed at 200% zoom without any loss of content or functionality
