At Reason One, Product Owners act as the bridge between ideation and implementation. They connect and align the project team, bringing business goals and user needs together to deliver the best solution possible for our clients. Here, you'll own product roadmaps and backlogs through the creation and management of user stories, user flows, and use cases---developing a deep understanding of the client and their users along the way.
Previous Product Owner or Product Manager experience
5-7 years experience working as a Product Owner, Digital Strategist, Business Analyst, Account Manager, or similar role
Experience working in agile and waterfall methodologies and an understanding of how a Product Owner fits into both
History of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital work
Strong communication and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to understand complex problems and make decisions on the way forward
Attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to nurture multiple projects at once
The ability to collaborate effectively with both local and remote team members
A tolerance of/affinity for shenanigans
Nice to haves
Knowledge or experience in general digital strategy, user experience, content strategy, development, and/or user research
An understanding of the current digital product development landscape
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, and experience implementing them
