Kimberly Gibson, VP Client Services

Kimberly knows the myriad challenges that healthcare systems face with their digital properties. She's served on the client side for enterprise healthcare nonprofits, and knows all the ins and outs of platforms, processes, and patient experience. Ben Cash, CEO

Ben has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of designing and building websites, and has worked closely with healthcare clients to bring their digital ideas to life. Two health systems, three intranets and dozens of web properties. After Greenville Health and Palmetto Health merged to become the largest private, nonprofit system in South Carolina, their team had a very big task ahead — form a cohesive digital experience for internal and external audiences under the new brand. This conversational case study details the strategy, process, and role of stakeholders during this complex project, and gives a look at how to plan for a large-scale redesign, whether you're engaged in a merger or rebrand.

Virtual session | Secrets of the Best Intranets | December, TBD 

Intranets are one of the most critical communications tools a healthcare organization has, and are often the most overlooked. While external sites get refreshed every few years, intranets can linger for close to a decade without refresh, full of out-of-date information that is confusing to users. Based on a study done in partnership with Greystone, this session explores what the best intranets include, how they are managed, what stakeholders are involved, and how you can prepare (and get buy in!) to revamp your own.
